12?Come on Julia: it would be much cheaper to appeal to the Jelly - Belly kindies!
Given that you only have 30% [and sinking] of the adult voters - you may indeed need to appeal to unweaned babies.
You could get Macquarie dictionary and the Electoral Commission to agree in transposing gurgles into votes!
